1. ELIGIBILITY AND AGREEMENT

2.1. Platform Nature. buffstack.org operates as a digital platform or trading environment for Team Fortress 2 (TF2) gaming items and related in-game assets delivered via Steam trade offers.
2.2. Item Delivery. After purchase, the selected item(s) will be delivered to your linked Steam account.
2.3. Limitation of Role. We do not host, create, or modify the items; we only facilitate the resale and delivery.
2.4. Secure Transactions. All transactions are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
3.1. Authentication. Account access is provided exclusively through Steam authentication.
3.2. Information Updates. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary.
3.3. Account Responsibility. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
3.4. Termination Rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account which breaches these Terms, or where fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper activity is detected.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
4.1. Payment Obligations. By submitting an order, you agree to pay the full purchase price as displayed at checkout, together with any applicable taxes and charges.
4.2. Payment Methods. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other gateways).
4.3. Compliance Standards. All payments are handled by authorized third-party providers and comply with PCI DSS standards to ensure safe handling of payment information.
4.4. Fund Handling. ZORVET LTD does not hold user funds.
4.5. Unauthorized Payments. Use of stolen, compromised, or otherwise unauthorized payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation and referral to law enforcement authorities.
4.6. Pricing. Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and may change without notice.
5. ORDER DELIVERY
5.1. Transfer Mechanism. Once payment is confirmed, purchased items will be transferred via Steam trade offer.
5.2. Liability Limitation. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by invalid trade links, inventory restrictions, or user-side issues.
5.3. Delivery Timeline. Delivery usually occurs within seven days, but can be delivered within 14 days due to technical issues. After 14 days, you may request a full refund or alternative delivery without extra cost.
5.4. User Obligations. You must supply a valid and functioning Steam trade URL, ensure Steam Guard and Mobile Authenticator are enabled, and keep your Steam account in a trade-eligible condition.
6. SELLING ITEMS, MARKETPLACE & PAYOUTS
6.1. Listings Review. Items must be placed in the correct category and are reviewed before approval. Listings may be rejected without notice if deemed non-compliant or high-risk.
6.2. Inventory Handling. Items remain in your inventory until sold. Failure to complete the transfer exactly as instructed may result in account restrictions.
6.3. Platform Fee. A 10% commission applies to all successful sales.
6.4. Payout Accuracy. Users must provide accurate payout details. Identity or compliance checks may be required before funds are issued.
6.5. Payout Limits. Payouts can only be requested within the limits of minimum €10 and maximum €5,000.
6.6. Processing Time. Payouts are typically processed within 3–7 business days after successful delivery and verification.
6.7. Fraud Monitoring. All transactions are actively monitored for fraud, chargebacks, risk, and regulatory compliance. We may withhold or cancel payouts if suspicious activity is detected.
6.8. Supported Payout Methods. Payouts can be made using debit Visa/Mastercard, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
6.9. Processing & Compliance. All payment transactions are facilitated through PCI DSS-certified third-party processors, with available methods presented to users at checkout. The Company acts solely as a platform intermediary and does not collect, store, or hold payment funds at any stage.
6.10. Geographic Restrictions. 7. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
7.1. Right of Withdrawal. In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, unless digital content has been delivered immediately after payment.
7.2. Consent to Waive. By receiving digital items instantly, you expressly agree to waive this statutory right of withdrawal.
7.3. Cancellation Window. Orders can only be cancelled before payment is processed.
7.4. Non-Refundable Items. Digital items delivered and accepted through Steam are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
7.5. Refund Processing. Eligible refunds will be processed without undue delay, no later than 14 days after confirmation of eligibility, and returned to the original payment method used.
8. USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
8.1. Unlawful Purpose. You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
8.2. Automation. You agree not to employ bots, scrapers, or any automated tools to access or interact with the Website without prior written consent.
8.3. Fraudulent Activity. Engagement in fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse or the use of unauthorized payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
8.4. Circumvention. You agree not to attempt to circumvent regional restrictions or payout limits.

9.1. Ownership. All content on buffstack.org (logos, text, images, code) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected under intellectual property legislation in the United Kingdom and internationally.
9.2. Third-Party Trademarks. Team Fortress 2 (TF2) and related assets are owned by Valve Corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or its affiliates.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
10.1. Data Controller. ZORVET LTD acts as the Data Controller under UK GDPR.
10.2. Data Usage. Your data may be used for identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, and order processing.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.2. Indirect Losses. To the extent permitted by law, buffstack.org is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website.

12. INDEMNITY AND TERMINATION
12.1. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless buffstack.org from any claims, liabilities, or costs (including legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
12.2. Account Suspension. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2. Jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
13.3. Amicable Resolution. Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes with us by contacting support.
