How do I receive the TF2 items I purchased?
- Once your payment is confirmed, the items will be transferred to your linked account via a Steam trade offer.
- You must provide a valid and functioning Steam trade URL in your profile settings.
- Your Steam account must be in a trade-eligible condition, meaning your inventory settings must be public and there are no active trade holds.

What are the fees for selling items on the platform?
- We maintain a transparent fee structure for all users.
- A flat 10% commission is applied to all successful sales of TF2 items and cosmetics.
- Listing items for sale is subject to review to ensure compliance with our risk assessments.

What are the limits and processing times for payouts?
- Payouts can only be requested within the set limits: a minimum of €10 and a maximum of €5,000 per transaction.
- Once a payout is requested, it is typically processed within 3–7 business days after the item delivery has been verified.

Why is my Steam account unable to receive trades?
- Your account must not have any bans, privacy restrictions, or active region holds blocking the trade.
- The platform is not liable for failed deliveries caused by restricted inventories or invalid trade links on the user’s side.

Can I cancel my order or request a refund?
- If an item is not delivered within 14 days due to technical issues, you may request a full refund or alternative delivery.
